Accounts
You must be 18 or older to play. You are responsible for activity on your account and for following the Rules & Code of Conduct.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violating these Terms, the Rules, or applicable law, or at our discretion to protect the game and its players. Termination may result in loss of access to your account and any in-game items or balances.
Virtual items
All in-game currency, items, ranks, and other virtual goods have no monetary value, are not redeemable for real money, and may be modified, rebalanced, or removed at any time without compensation.
In-game conduct is not real-world conduct
Second Ledger simulates a criminal underworld. Betrayal, scamming, and violence within the game's own systems are fictional gameplay mechanics, not an endorsement or representation of real-world conduct, and disputes arising purely from in-game outcomes are not grounds for a refund or claim.
Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game or these Terms at any time. Continued play after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
